Front free endpaper (floral motif) missing and hinges appear to have been reglued or reinforced. Body of the text is clean (aside from noted defects), with pages lightly yellowing. Previous Owner's name stamp to first blank page (which is partially stuck to front board). Overall binding is tight, with moderate to heavy edge and corner wear. Cosmetics and hinges aside, a sturdy research or reading copy, closer to VG- given its age than graded.. Good+ with no dust jacket.
